Ben O’Hanlon - Team Lead

Ben has a broad range of experience in disability support, education, International Community Development, and Service Learning. He is a registered inclusive practices teacher, has been a support coordinator, has a bachelor's in education and a dual master's in international & community development.
Born and raised in rural Victoria, he has wilderness advanced first aid training, loves fishing, diving, singing and playing guitar, he speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese and has supported many international travel programs for students, individuals and families.

Trudy Kim - Support Worker

Whether it’s lending a hand, cracking a joke, or celebrating every little win like it’s the Olympics, this legend turns challenges into triumphs and makes care feel like friendship. With a cert IV in Support Education and a toolkit full of patience, empathy, and unstoppable positivity, they don’t just support—they empower. When Trudy’s around, you know you’re in good hands (and probably laughing, too).

Katie O’Hanlon - Occupational Therapist

Katie is our Occupational Therapist with experience both internationally and within Australia. She has worked in community and hospital settings across metro and rural areas. Katie brings a warm, person centred approach to her work, supporting people to reach their goals in ways that are meaningful to them.

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)

Assistive Technology (AT) and home modifications

SDA and SIL assessments

Wheelchair, seating, and pressure care

Tailor therapy programs in the home or community

NDIS (Self and Plan-managed), HCP, and Private clients
